MAKEUP BY MECCA

“Inspired by new Spring beauty, subtle colour is brought to life like budding flowers. All features have a gentle stain of colour – nothing too deliberate. Using the ultimate makeup multi-tasker, luminous and contoured skin is created with a natural wash of colour across the eyes and lips.”

Step 1: Prep skin with NARS Pro Primer to smooth out the skin and minimise pores. Perfect the skin with Ellis Faas Skin Veil Foundation.

Step 2: Work NARS Matte Multiple Cappadoce onto fingertips, and lightly apply onto cheekbones, across eyelids and lips. Add sheen to eyes with RMS Living Luminiser.

Hair for the Contemporary Designer show encompassed clean lines and oriental elements, exploring the hair binding technique, to complement the strong, modern designs on the runway

The look was achieved following these steps:

Create a centre part and pull hair back, in a half up half down shape. Secure with an elastic. Secure the bottom section in a low pony at the nape, including the top section so it becomes one ponytail. You can wrap the pony section in a ribbon for a bound effect and secure with a pin.
